How to install Flutter on Window 10/11?

In order to run flutter smoothly your computer/laptop need to fulfill following requirements:

Operating System : Window 10 or later (64 – bit), x86_64-bit.

·       Storage Space: 2 GB for Flutter only and          other required by IDE/Tools.


·       Window Powershell.

·       Vs-Code recommended.

·   Git for Windows.

First Step:

Download the Flutter SDK from here.

Extract The zip file in your desired locations.

Updating your path in environment variable:

From the Start search bar, enter ‘env’ and select Edit environment variables for your account.

Under User variables check if there is an entry called Path:

If the entry exists, append the full path to flutterbin using ; as a separator from existing values.

If the entry doesn’t exist, create a new user variable named Path with the full path to flutterbin as its value.

You have to close and reopen any existing console windows for these changes to take effect.

Run flutter doctor to find if any error exit to solve it.
